Interview with Stefano Bartolini

1) The recognition of the White Boxer was due to go through a long battle accomplished first by the association you directed. In your opinion what are the main reasons that have so long opposed this result?

The reasons that have opposed this result so long lie in my view in the deep lack of knowledge of national regulations and in particular of international ones that govern the release of pedigree. All this in that in our country there is the will not to promote the culture of canophile, just because someone thinks that not involving people in the choices of the cynopolitics or still keeping them unshadowed by important links of international norms in this matter, can guarantee to them still for the time the government and therefore the control of the Italian cynophie. We have obtained the pedigree for the white boxer only because we wanted to get out of these logics and we have found that in the specific case this is a due act. In fact, in other European countries such as Germany for the white boxer release this document and at the time of a possible transfer of the boxer from one of these countries to Italy would have presented a problem of harmonization of the discipline in matter that could be solved only with the release of the pedigree to the white boxer. But regardless of all that I think best and correct in comparison of the animals that this is the release of the same ped, I also the same parent, I think the same, the same, the same parent, I am referring to the same.

2) Can we also assume a reserve from those who see in the White Boxer an uncomfortable competitor for the sale of traditional subjects Fulvi and Tigrate?

The white boxer is a boxer like all the others, it like the boxer Fulvo or the tiger one can have of the market trends variable according to the moments and the mode-. I think for example that a correct information on the origins of the boxer and in particular of the true reasons of the births of the white boxer can help or better direct people in the choices of this or the other type of boxer. But the thing that I think most important is certainly linked to an exact and correct information on the characteristics of the race that must be provided. In fact, it is the task of every specialized Association of race to promote the race among the people and this I believe that it can happen only when you avoid the conflictual positions accepting democratic paths and you can make to feel part of a common path all the fans of the specific race. To get to this you will have to put aside personal interests for the good and the protection of the passion of the Boxer race.

3) It seems that the Enci will grant white subjects pedigree but will not allow their access to beauty expos. Do you think it is a serious limit?

I think it is because there might be interesting subjects and why not think of separate judgments, as today happens between the Falvo and the Tiger? I think the real problem in this case is how the beauty expos take place; where the centrality is never covered by the so-called ENCI user (which could be a mere citizen owner of a Boxer)  but but but by the usual known ones. This in time, but today we are well advanced, will tend to a disaffection of this type of event reducing to a small number the participants, with serious damage to the coffers of the ENCI. This testimony is the result of a direct experience, I, moreover, almost weekly in the summer spring period I go to Germany to participate in beauty expo and in this country in contrast with ours, there is a real interest-objective to promote truly the culture of the Cinofila. The Rings are always crowded and the citizens until late afternoon go to visit the international canine show.

4) With the change of standards (orches and tails) and now with the official introduction of the White Boxer, the whole world of boxerism - at least in Italy - seems upset. Is it just a "journalistic" feeling or do you find it too?

Those who have not believed and do not believe in change are upset, it is a bit like the old woman who goes to the market and from one day to the next they take Lira and introduce it to him. Euro. Certainly something happens to you from the behavioural point of view, but this example I like to represent it because it makes the idea very fitting what is happening, it happened and will happen. Some people liked the lira to others no but Lira no longer exists and we like it or not it happened is an irreversible process similar to the change of standard, it has changed and what has once been has become simply and only a memory nothing more, a banknote that can no longer be spent, without course.

5) White boxer; Boxer with tail and ears. But does Stefano Bartolini have the role of David in his blood that fights against the giant Goliath?

My life as Boxerist has been and still is seen with great passion. For me the boxer is one of the purposes of my life and when a man a woman has ideals and lives them intensely they can transmit to others a force of thought that probably did not believe existed and this will become engaging. This is the real secret that probably makes you look like David fighting against the giant Goliath, in reality each of us is a David just want it but to be it you must always believe and fight in what you are doing; in essence a life without an ideal is like an empty house without joys, satisfactions and happiness and therefore will never be enjoyed.
