ENCI, where are you?

When I started going to the ENCI in 2005 to get the pedigree out of the white boxer, the answer I got was: "The white color is out of standard." Even on forums everyone told me: "Baroleni you're a moron, the white boxer the pedigree will never have it, because it's out of standard." Instead, now it happens that white boxers are still out of standard, but the pedigree gets it though.

One thing I have never managed to make clear is that the standard and the pedigree are not involved in it: the standard is valid as a measure of judgment, if I go with a subject in exposure; but the pedigree certifies the genealogy of the dog, regardless of the standard. The dog can be beautiful or ugly, tall or low, monorchide, with a color not conformed, but if he is a child of certified parents of that breed, he has the certificate of belonging to that breed. For the FCI regulation two breed dogs are born of breed dogs. Then will the judge possibly when I go in competition to tell me how much the subject is adherent to his standard of race.

And so I would like to ask at this point: the children of white boxers, who are born often and willingly Fulvi and tiger, so with coloring in standard, why do they not receive the pedigree? They are children of certified breed dogs and therefore what prohibits certifying the genealogy of that dog, moreover perfectly in standard?! If their parents have the certificate out of standard, why can't the children in standard? Why is there a stamp affixed by the ENCI "production ban" on a parent's pedigree???! But what does that stamp mean? what is it valid? Who are you ENCI to tell me what subject can be played and what not? What skills do you have? What justification do you propose me?

Meanwhile, this justification begins to think about it, since the Ministry may ask you to do so. In fact, you ENCI have no authorization to stamp on a certificate, which you only have in management, but whose ownership is of the Ministry.

So that stamp is not only without its reasons for being a zootechnical, it is not only contrary to the FCI regulation, for which two breed dogs are born of breed dogs, but it is also an abuse of office, a big act of presumption of an entity, which every moment demonstrates its inadequacy in protecting cynophilia.

The ENCI is doing enormous damage, because many playboys and tiger perfectly in standards, descended from Italian, foreign, international and potential champions themselves, will not be able to expose in expo for an abuse of power and ignorance of the ENCI, which risks the beggar of owners in court with claim for damages.
